1. A parent must contact us via email: berkshireds@yahoo.com

2. Tell us all the free days and times your student has to do on roads.

3. We will get back to you within 48 hours. We will fit him/her into the existing schedule according to what you have said is good.

4. Appointments are usually 2 hours long. However, your needs may require a one hour or a 1 and 1/2 hr. appt. You can also choose one day a week and a two hour space on that day and we can book one appt. a week same day same time.

5. Please get back to us within 48 hours to accept or decline any offerings. (If we do not hear from you the appoinments may be given to another student.) The appointments accepted are now confirmed.

6. For each appt. please email or text us (978-602-7108) by 6pm the day before each appts. to reconfirm. This way we all know for certain we are on the same page and it insures to each other that no mistakes have been made. We want your appts. to go smoothly.

7. We require 48 notice of any cancellation in order not to incur missed appt. fees. Exception is illness or family emergency. See more under policies.

8. Coming to a lesson without a permit is a missed appointment. Our insurance does not allow a student in the car without the permit on them. It is the student's reponsibility to keep thier permits with them for any on roads.

Students are picked up and dropped off at school/home/work if it is local area.

Only a parent can change a pick up or drop off location.

RMV requires 6 observation hours. And 12 Behind the wheel hours.
